Tony is a telecommunications Engineer from the University of Leiden, holds a postgraduate in "Technology Business Management" from the Amsterdam International Business School and MBA from ITEAP. ​


He has been an executive Director with more than 20 years of experience in senior strategic management. From operations, business processes, innovation, digital transformation, organization, transformation or mergers, participations, acquisitions and in recent years in the pharmaceutical sector, especially in the positioning of OTC medicines.

He has also held a position as Lecturer at the Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness, recognised for his extensive business experience.

Ph. D. in Economy and Business Administration (research lines brand and neuromarketing applied to sales and customer behaviour). Associate Professor of Marketing at Seville University. Visiting professor at NYU Stern Business School, Rotterdam University, Arnhem University and Vilnius University). With 20 years of experience as founder in Martech (marketing and technology) companies (national and international).


Trainer of sales teams in different Companies of the Health Sector. Selected as evaluator of the Spanish Public Administration for R&D projects.

Alberto has a law degree from the University of Seville. He has 20 years experience in the practice of law and legal advice, with experience in real estate, bankruptcy, commercial, criminal and civil law. Business restructuring, insolvency proceedings (insolvency administrator). Management assistant for real estate developers and equity companies.


Negotiation of real estate sales and leases. Management of tertiary and residential real estate projects, experience in the management of business parks and industrial estates. Management of real estate loans in default.

Ricardo Benítez

With over 10 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A.), U.S. attorney at law specialized in international business, and MBA; Ricardo is able to offer strategic advice which is able to encompass both the internal and external impacts of a decision in order to help maximize benefits at all levels.


Prior to his time directing Alamo Solutions, Ricardo served as Chief of Staff to Mr. Juan Verde and Advisor to the Board of the Advanced Leadership Foundation.

He worked at prestigious entities: Big Four accounting firm, Ernst & Young, and the office of the Attorney General of Puerto Rico. Aside from this, he has also offered pro bono work as a civil rights attorney and as advisor at the ACLU where he collaborated on a successful claim on human rights violations before the Inter American Human Rights Court creating a positive impact on the lives of many in his native Puerto Rico.

He has also been a Lecturer at the Universidad Pablo Olavide in Strategic Management and Business Policy, renowned for his extensive business experience.

In addition, she has 3 years experience in organizing and managing operations department as Chief Operations Manager (COO) at Think Pharma Tank, ensuring good quality in all processes, including team management in cross-cutting projects.

He has resided years in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as Legal Manager of a company for the High Speed Train Project between the two holy cities of Mecca and Medina.
